How long does it take for my parcel to arrive?

As we deliver all shipments via established premium courier companies such as FedEX, this express service provides delivery within 2-3 working days to most international destinations.

Are my parcels secure?

All of our parcels are sent through major international courier providers. The service you will be receiving is 100% the same service if you were to book directly with the courier providers themselves. The only difference? You pay less!

Will I be able to track my parcel?

Absolutely! Once you book a shipment and make payment, our system automatically books-in your shipment with the courier provider. We will provide you with the Tracking Number provided by the courier. You can track your parcel via our website or directly with the courier providers website.

Is your service available throughout the UK?

Yes! Our courier providers will collect your parcel from you at the collection address you provide, free of charge throughout the UK.
